LRP is a program designed to honor Truman students, organizations, and advisors for their dedication to their peers, organization(s), campus, and the Kirksville community through various leadership roles during the academic year. Union & Involvement Services hosts the Leadership Recognition Program (LRP) ceremony to present awards and celebrate all attendees’ leadership success each spring semester.
